I notified the previous Councillor Joe Cossari about this problem and pleaded with him to raise these issues and investigate a possible breach. Mr Cossari ignored me and several other residents and told me he didn't see what the problem was. When I contacted you, you were empathetic to my concerns and acted promptly. I am glad you have been elected to council and are advocating for your residents in resolving this issue. Keep up the great work Dear Cr. Makin
