Maroondah Hospital, located at Mount Dandenong Road in Ringwood East, is a community based hospital that has 320 beds and sees over 50,000 emergency patients per year.
Tonight I attended the Hospital’s Trivia Night, along with Cr. Jo-anne Taylor and hospital board member Peter Feeney. The trivia night was hosted by a former Sale of the Century champion and provided a fun filled evening in support of the staff that work at the hospital.
Maroondah Hospital organises a number of events in support of its staff, as well as regular fundraisers throughout the year. The Maroondah Hospital Fun Run on the 26th of October is one of the hospital’s major fundraising activities for the year.
