Neighbourhood Conversations are community consultation sessions run by Council in local neighbourhood.

Today I joined the Fishermans Bend conversation at the Woolworths on Plummer Street and the Port Melbourne session along Bay Street near CaneCoco.

While the sessions specifically sought feedback on Council’s Community Safety Plan and the Domestic Animal Management Plan, there are also opportunities to raise other discussion points – with transport continuing to remain a topic particularly in Fishermans Bend.

Thank you to the almost 100 community members that attended these sessions and others that are held across Port Phillip.
