Art in Fishermans Bend: Whispers in the Grove

Romulus Folio, supported by FBIdeas, is a gallery and artist workshop located at 55 Gladstone Street in Fishermans Bend/South Melbourne.

Tonight I was invited to the opening of Whispers in the Grove, the latest exhibition featuring resident artist Angelina Mirabito, alongside works from Maria Simonelli and Scott Ross.

Fostering a vibrant arts scene is vital to the urban renewal of Fishermans Bend and I thank both FBIdeas and the Gladstone for their support of this gallery space.

Making it Happen for Montague Ward and the City of Port Phillip

Politically independent

Only a politically independent Councillor who lives in the ward will genuinely represent the best interests of Montague Ward

Good governance

Governance failures have resulted in cost blowouts and failed rubbish collection. I will review council policies to instil best practice governance

More dog spaces

I will continue working with our community to deliver new dog off-leash spaces and improve existing spaces

Sustainable development

My background in urban planning will ensure the right balance between much needed housing and our urban character.

Community services

I will ensure Council delivers now and into the future by providing the services and facilities we need for our communities and our families.

Community safety

I will improve the amenity of our community, enhancing safety and advocating for public transport improvements.
