This morning I co-hosted the Victorian Local Government Forum on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion with Mayor Simone Zmood of Glen Eira Council

The conversations from today’s Victorian Local Government Forum on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion built upon our joint statement of solidarity, identifying further ways local government can bring communities together.

Local government as the closest form of government community needs to continue building social cohesion. Today’s summit explored how local government can support community-based education and cultural activities to encourage diversity.
